01Who we are

Vexora Solutions and Web Services LLP (“Vexora”, “we”) is a software studio at 26/12 Semmanthittu, Thirumalaigiri P.O, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636307, India. For this website and the enquiries it receives, we decide how personal information is used (the “Data Fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

02Information we collect

Information you choose to send us. The project brief form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with your name, email, phone number (optional), the services you picked and your project notes filled in. We only receive this if you send that email. The same applies when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, and when you send a job application or CV.

Information collected automatically. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies. Like any website, the server that hosts it may briefly record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Third-party services. To display our fonts, your browser loads them from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to services with their own privacy policies. The map on our About page is provided by Google Maps; it loads only when you scroll to it, and Google may then receive your IP address and set its own cookies.

03How we use your information

• To plan, deliver and support the work you ask us to do.
• To consider job applications you send us.
• To keep this website secure and working.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.

04Why we are allowed to use it

We use your information because you have given it to us for a specific purpose (such as getting a quote or applying for a job), to carry out work you have asked for, or where the law requires us to. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything already done.

05Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and cloud hosting providers, and only for that purpose. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

06How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, then delete it — unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example invoices and tax records.

07How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it, and secure accounts. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, where we no longer need it.
• Withdraw consent you have given.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

To use any of these rights, email support@vexora.in. We may need to confirm your identity first.

09Children

This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
